Non-Physician Member - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Licensed Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and Practice Administrators in the State of Ohio are eligible to become a Non-Physician member of the OAR. Non-physician members are not voting members.

Physician Member - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologists licensed in the State of Ohio are eligible to become a Physician member of the OAR. Any other physician not Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology in the State of Ohio may apply for membership but will not be a voting member.

Trainee Member Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Residents or Fellows who are Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatologists licensed in the State of Ohio are eligible to become a Trainee member. Trainee members are not voting members.
