2026 OAR Annual Meeting

August 21–22, 2026 | The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center | Lewis Center, Ohio

Join colleagues from across the state for the Ohio Association of Rheumatology’s 2026 Annual Meeting, taking place August 21–22 at The Ohioan Hotel & Event Center in Lewis Center, Ohio. This premier educational and networking event brings together rheumatologists, advanced practice providers, fellows, residents, researchers, and industry partners dedicated to advancing rheumatologic care in Ohio.

The Annual Meeting will feature expert-led educational sessions covering the latest developments in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatic diseases, emerging therapies, practice management updates, and issues impacting patient access to care. Attendees will have opportunities to engage with nationally recognized speakers, participate in meaningful discussions with peers, and gain practical insights that can be applied directly to patient care.

In addition to outstanding educational programming, the meeting provides valuable opportunities to connect with colleagues, strengthen professional relationships, and collaborate on the challenges and opportunities facing the rheumatology community.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner, a trainee, or an allied healthcare professional, the 2026 OAR Annual Meeting offers an exceptional opportunity to learn, network, and help shape the future of rheumatology in Ohio.

Terms & Conditions

Assumption of Risk:
I accept and assume all risks of my in-person participation, including the risk of injury or contracting an infectious disease, including but not limited to COVID-19 exposure.

Cancellation Policy:
A written notice of cancellation must be received by August 1, 2026 to receive a refund. Cancellations received prior to this date will be honored in full. Refunds will not be honored after August 1, 2026. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted.

Special Needs:
We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have a disability, advance notification of any special needs will help us better serve you. Please contact OAR via email at least four (4) weeks in advance prior to the event.

Communication, Confirmation and Receipts:
You must provide a valid Email address when you register online to receive a confirmation/receipt. Please remember to check your spam/junk box for confirmation emails and receipts.

Consent:
You consent to the photographing and recording of your likeness and voice and the use of these photographs and/or recordings singularly or in conjunction with other photographs and/or recordings for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes.
